Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
• 2+ years in technology support in K-12 or multi-user environment.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, or similar are a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Basic security knowledge for K-12 environments (MFA, filtering, data privacy).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps and Windows endpoints; Intune a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote support to teachers, staff, and students; ensure instructional continuity.
• Support Windows endpoints and Microsoft 365 for Education (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Office apps).
• Diagnose and resolve basic connectivity issues (DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Perform maintenance and updates using endpoint management tools with minimal disruption.
• Document work in ITSM and provide clear status updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for devices, networks, cloud services, and integrations.
• Collaborate with team and stakeholders to identify tech needs and potential improvements.
• Adhere to communication standards and escalate issues impacting instruction or access.
