Job summary

Spring Education Group in the Atlanta area seeks an Enrollment Director for Independent K-12 schools to lead recruitment, enrollment, and retention across campuses. The role partners with school leadership and regional teams to drive enrollment growth and maximize conversion, using data-driven insights.

Starting Jan 2027 with training at Wood Acres in Marietta, the position transitions to fully on-campus at North Atlanta.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales or lead conversion with KPI accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field.
• Proven success in high-ticket conversion activities; education sector experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive new student enrollment to meet or exceed established enrollment KPIs.
• Partner with school leadership and operational leadership to drive enrollment funnel conversations and achieve targets.
• Maintain records in CRM and analyze data to inform enrollment decisions.
• Create enrollment projections by analyzing data and trends to support strategy.
• Support retention and re-enrollment activities with campus leadership.
• Manage campus marketing and communications in partnership with Marketing team.
• Plan and execute enrollment events from concept to completion.
• Provide ongoing consultations to prospective students, applicants and families.
• Conduct effective in-person campus tours with follow-up touchpoints to generate applications and enrollments.
• Ensure enrollment processes and SOPs are followed and timely.
