Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-year enrollment plan built on data, market insight, and benchmarks.
• Oversee a personal, welcoming Pre-K3–Grade 12 admission experience and New Avenues Program.
• Manage financial aid balancing access, affordability, and fiscal health.
• Drive retention strategies using attrition data and exit interviews.
• Lead an admission team focused on care, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
