Job summary

Spring Education Group is seeking an Enrollment Director for Independent K-12 (IK12) Schools to lead recruitment, enrollment, and retention across campuses. You will partner with school leadership, manage CRM records, analyze data, and drive enrollment growth in alignment with our Mission, Vision and Values.

The anticipated start date is January 4, 2027, with four weeks of in-person training at the Wood Acres campus in Marietta, after which the role becomes fully on-campus at the North Atlanta

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a sales or lead-conversion role with KPI accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or related field.
• Proven success in high-ticket conversion activities; education sector experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive new student enrollment to meet or exceed KPIs.
• Maintain CRM records and analyze data to inform decisions.
• Develop and implement retention and re-enrollment activities.
• Manage campus marketing and communications with the Marketing team.
• Deliver campus tours and follow-up to generate applications and enrollments.
