Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-year enrollment plan built on data, market insight and national benchmarks.
• Oversee a P–12 admission experience that feels personal and welcoming at every entry point.
• Oversee a financial aid program balancing access and fiscal health.
• Develop retention strategies informed by attrition data and exit interviews.
• Lead an admission team that thrives on care, collaboration and continuous improvement.
