Job summary

FranklinCovey seeks a Client Partner to lead education sales remotely from anywhere in Oregon. You will own revenue targets, manage a district-focused portfolio, and guide the full sales cycle from strategy to renewal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree is required.
• 5+ years in education sales or school/district leadership.
• Experience selling to K–12 districts strongly.
• Proven track record of multi-million-dollar quotas and growth.
• Strong territory management and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and achieve a personal revenue quota in your territory.
• Lead full sales process with district leaders including superintendents.
• Develop strategic account plans and multi-year expansion strategies.
• Navigate RFPs, board approvals, and budget cycles.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce.
