Job summary

ECA Recruiters is partnering with a market leader in K–12 education assessment and learning solutions to hire an Education Sales Representative for a remote Northern California territory. You will sell to district administrators and build lasting district partnerships.

This role offers strong commission (uncapped) and full benefits, with travel during peak seasons to district meetings and conferences. BA/BS required and a proven consultative sales approach to grow revenue with large school

Qualifications

• Experience selling to school districts or education administrators.
• Strong consultative and relationship-based sales skills.
• Ability to manage a large, multi-state territory.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) required.
• Uncapped commission upside ($46K+).

Responsibilities

• Sell education assessment and learning solutions to K–12 district administrators.
• Manage and grow a Northern CA multi-district territory.
• Build long-term relationships with superintendents, curriculum leaders, and decision-makers.
• Travel during peak seasons for meetings, conferences, and district visits.
• Drive revenue through consultative, solution-based selling.
