Job summary

Alpha reimagines education by coaching Guides and leading life skills workshops to empower K-12 students. This Education Program Manager role builds high-performing teams, uses data to drive improvements, and opens new campuses with a culture of excellence and accountability.

Located on-site at select campuses with relocation support. A Bachelor's in Education/psychology/business is required, with a Master's preferred, and 5+ years in education leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or related leadership.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.
• Leading engaging life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in their self-directed academic programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Helping launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
