Classroom Mosaic is hiring a Client Success Engineer to own the full implementation journey for school districts nationwide. You will lead from design through adoption, acting as the primary technical advisor on onboarding, integration, and optimization.

You will collaborate with growth, success, engineering, and operations to deliver value, respond to complex technical questions, and ensure successful deployment and ongoing adoption across districts.

Qualifikationen

• Strong coding experience is required, with Ruby and SQL preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and implement complex technical systems.
• Expert project management with a track record of multi-phase implementations on time and within scope.
• Experience with education technology rostering solutions (ClassLink, Clever, OneRoster) strongly preferred.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and committed to exceptional client service.
