Job summary

Classroom Mosaic is seeking a strategic Director of Partnerships to accelerate our mission in K-12 education. As a key member of the Growth team, you will engage district and state leaders to envision and implement coaching and school-improvement initiatives that elevate teaching effectiveness.

You will build relationships with education leaders, navigate district procurement, and position Classroom Mosaic as a critical partner in instructional excellence across virtual and in-person settings,

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of sales experience in K-12 education technology or SaaS.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Experience navigating district procurement processes and school-year budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities and manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with K-12 calendars.
• Cultivate relationships with principals, CAOs, superintendents, and state education admins nationwide.
• Demonstrate product value through demonstrations and presentations.
