Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or equivalent experience.
• Five years’ experience as an elementary or secondary teacher preferred.
• Professional knowledge of content area and educational trends.
• Experience with AI-supported content development or strong potential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review content-specific test items across grade levels.
• Help develop item, passage, and test specifications and blueprints.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to support assessment content development.
• Collaborate to integrate AI-generated assets in workflows with feedback.
• Assist in selecting and training item writers and educators.
• Facilitate customer meetings and provide content assessment expertise.
• Support test construction and review of test forms.
• Consult with customers in planning and reviews.
• Stay current with AI tech relevant to content creation.
