Pearson is seeking a Specialist in Content Development to build K-12 assessments for state and district clients. You will combine content expertise with AI tools to develop items, passages, and test forms across grade levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or equivalent required.
• Five years’ teaching experience in elementary/secondary preferred.
• Strong knowledge of content area and educational trends.
• Experience with large-scale educational assessments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review test items across grade levels.
• Create item development plans, test blueprints, and specifications.
• Use AI-powered tools to enhance assessment content for quality and accessibility.
• Collaborate with educators, psychometricians, and Pearson groups.
