The role emphasizes collaborating with stakeholders, leveraging AI tools, and staying current with educational trends while delivering high-quality assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or equivalent required.
• Five years’ teaching experience in elementary or secondary education preferred.
• Strong knowledge of content development and educational trends.
• Experience evaluating AI-generated content for education purposes.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review test items across grade levels for large-scale assessments.
• Create item specifications, blueprints, and ancillary docs.
• Use AI-powered tools to improve content quality and accessibility.
• Integrate AI assets into assessment workflows with feedback.
• Manage writers and educators for item development aligned to standards.
• Support customer meetings and provide content assessment expertise.
• Contribute to test construction and review processes.
• Collaborate with PMs, psychometricians, and Pearson teams.
• Stay current with AI tech relevant to educational content.
