Pearson is seeking a Specialist on the Content Development (Science) team to develop K-12 assessment content for state and district clients. The role involves creating diverse item types, assisting with specifications, and leveraging AI tools to improve output.

You will collaborate with educators, psychometricians, and Pearson groups, travel occasionally, and contribute to test construction and review. A strong background in content development and AI-enabled education is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in education or content area.
• Five years’ teaching experience in elementary/secondary content area preferred.
• Knowledge of content trends in education.
• Experience with large-scale educational measurement preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted content development and evaluation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and review test items across grade levels for large-scale assessments.
• Assist in creating item specifications, blueprints, and test docs.
• Use AI-powered tools to support development and ensure accessibility standards.
• Collaborate to integrate AI assets in assessment workflows and provide feedback.
• Manage and train item writers and educators.
