You will work as a content and assessment expert, collaborating with educators, committees, and partners to create accessible standards-based assessments across the United States.

Responsibilities include item development, AI-assisted reviews, and guiding writers. The role requires strong communication, planning, and adaptability, with some travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in education or related field.
• Five years teaching experience in elementary or secondary settings preferred.
• Experience with AI-assisted content development and education trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review content-specific test items across grade levels for large-scale assessments.
• Help develop item and test specifications, blueprints, and related documents.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to support content development while meeting accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with team members to integrate AI-generated assets in assessment workflows.
• Select, manage, and train writers and educators for item development.
• Support customer meetings with content assessment expertise.
• Assist in test construction and review of test forms.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies relevant to educational content.
• Some travel required.
