Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus five years in program coordination and supervisory roles.
• Experience managing electronic case files and court documents.
• Background check and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises In-Court Clerk and Office Staff; assigns, monitors, and evaluates work.
• Maintains attendance and vacation records; supports resource planning.
• Trains staff on procedures and software; manages docketing in DMS.
• Resolves issues at the counter, courtroom, or by phone; ensures staff safety.
• Represents department in meetings; addresses needs of Clerk's Office.
• Identifies system issues; researches solutions with vendors and users.
• Develops court processing policies; advises on revisions as needed.
• Participates in long-range planning and relevant committees.
