Yakima County, Washington is seeking a Program Representative I (Supervisor-Juvenile) to coordinate, supervise, and improve juvenile clerk operations. You will supervise In-Court Clerk and Office Staff, assign workloads, and ensure accurate docketing and document processing within the court system.

You will train staff, monitor performance, and resolve issues across counter, courtroom, and telephone channels, while implementing procedures and coordinating with vendors for system solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus five years progressively responsible program-related experience.
• Experience supervising and training office staff in a court environment.
• Proficiency with court management software; ability to learn and train others on DMS, FTR and Odyssey.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates, audits, monitors, evaluates and supervises Juvenile Clerk staff daily.
• Develops procedures to aid judicial officers with case management and docketing.
• Assigns staffing resources and office duties to manage trial and non-trial matters.
• Trains staff on procedures and software; ensures compliance with policies.
• Identifies issues in court operations and implements solutions with vendors and users.
