Logisolve is hiring a Junior Technical Recruiter / Recruiting Coordinator in Minneapolis to help connect candidates with technical opportunities. You will source candidates, coordinate interviews, and help maintain a smooth hiring process across teams.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, strong organization, and teamwork, with exposure to strategy meetings, market research, and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting, recruiting coordination, customer service, sales, staffing, or administrative experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or an ATS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screenings.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within our ATS.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with writing and posting technical job descriptions across multiple platforms.
• Support recruiters with candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, offer coordination, and onboarding activities.
• Help create a positive candidate experience from first contact through hire.
• Participate in recruiting strategy meetings, talent mapping, and market research.
