Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, CS, insurance or related field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience; internships a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Interest in learning Commercial P&C insurance and enterprise software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop foundational knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance and underwriting concepts.
• Triage production incidents and service requests in Jira Service Management.
• Validate data corrections and patches in lower environments prior to production.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Regulatory Reporting, Underwriting, Operations and IT.
