Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field; CPCU or AINS a plus.
• 10+ years as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry.
• Knowledge of policy lifecycle, claims, billing, and underwriting.
• Familiarity with Jira and data analysis.
• Proficiency with Agile delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and translate requirements into scalable underwriting solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering for policy, claims, billing and underwriting projects.
• Collaborate with product managers, underwriters, and technical teams to clarify objectives and define solutions.
• Analyze current insurance processes, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements to optimize workflows.
• Ensure traceability of requirements and user stories throughout the change lifecycle.
• Support QA and lead UAT to validate deliverables.
