HERE is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Operations Analyst for a 6-month contract in New York. The role supports Sales Operations, Talent & People Ops, and general corporate functions, ensuring data hygiene, process efficiency, and timely project execution.

You will manage CRM and ATS tasks, assist with onboarding, coordinate interview schedules, and help drive cross‑functional initiatives while maintaining strong communication with teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in business operations, admin, HR or cross-functional support roles (CRM/ATS a plus).
• Strong in Google Sheets and Excel; proficient with pivot tables and lookup functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Experience with AI tools to boost daily productivity.
• Excellent organizational skills; can manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work cross-functionally.
• Self-starter with accountability for routine operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM data hygiene and assist with sales tool administration and user provisioning.
• Support corporate operations by managing vendor tracking, renewals, and compliance documentation.
• Administer general corporate tools and manage user access across internal platforms.
• Coordinate candidate interview schedules across hiring teams to ensure a smooth process.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation logistics for new hires.
• Support special projects and evolving cross-functional operational needs as assigned.
