Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Entry level position; any surveying/CAD experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of ALTA/topographic and boundary surveys is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Convert information into electronically generated drawings and project documents with accuracy.
• Compute horizontal positions for plan features and determine property lines.
• Draft final house location surveys from field notes and measurements.
• Check record plats for completeness and accuracy before submission.
• Submit plots to county for review and approvals.
• Gain knowledge of ALTA Land Title surveys, topographic surveys, and subdivision work.
• Perform complex computations for traverse, boundary surveys, and stakeouts.
