Qualifications

• Eight or more years of relevant survey and/or CAD experience.
• Preferred degree in surveying or civil engineering disciplines.
• Licensure or Surveyor-in-Training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare working drawings from ALTA surveys for final approval and submission.
• Convert field data into accurate CAD drawings and project documents.
• Perform boundary computations and analyze site data for surveys.
• Draft final house location surveys from field notes and measurements.
• Compute layout data for construction stakeouts including buildings and utilities.
• Submit drawings and plats to municipal agencies for review and approval.
• Interpret client requirements and apply survey standards to project work.
