Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher not required but 5+ years of relevant survey/CAD experience preferred.
• Associate's degree in survey, geography, architecture or civil engineering preferred.
• Surveyor-in-Training certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead/assist with preparation of ALTA surveys and final project documents.
• Prepare working drawings from surveys for final approval and submission.
• Compute and check horizontal/vertical positions for stakeouts and analyses.
• Read client requests and standards to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with survey crews and management to complete multiple projects.
