• Experience as Junior Sous Chef preferred.

• Leadership experience and training responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing kitchen operations, providing leadership and guidance
• Prepare and cook menu items to quality standards ensuring excellence and thoughtfulness
• Assist with inventory oversight
• Bring innovative and exciting menu options for consideration
• Prior experience as a Junior Sous Chef highly preferred
• Able to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent service standards
