Job summary

The Adolphus in Dallas, TX is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join its busy kitchen. You will support kitchen operations, lead and train team members, and help ensure menu items meet quality and cost standards.

This role requires a passion for creativity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Prior leadership experience is highly preferred.
