The Adolphus in Dallas, part of Makeready LLC, is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join a dynamic, high-energy kitchen team. The role emphasizes leadership, consistency, and a meticulous approach to food preparation and cost control.

You’ll guide and train team members, manage ordering and inventory, and contribute to creating exceptional dining experiences in a renowned hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as Junior Sous Chef preferred.
• Ability to lead and train others.
• Comfortable in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong eye for detail and organization.

This individual is comfortable leading and training others and has a working knowledge of ordering, inventory, and costing standards.

Requested Tasks

-Assist in managing kitchen operations, providing leadership and guidance
