Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a detail-obsessed Sous Chef to lead the 1 Hotel San Francisco kitchen, overseeing daily operations of a fast-paced scratch kitchen, assisting in food prep, and motivating a talented team while delivering high-quality guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of kitchen leadership, a post-secondary diploma is a plus, and strong communication skills. Flexibility for a 24-hour operation is required.

About you

• Passionate about culinary arts and a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience.
