Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a detail-obsessed Banquet Sous Chef to lead an amazing team and manage daily operations of a high-volume, fast-paced scratch kitchen. You’ll learn from top chefs while assisting in food prep, staff supervision, inventory, and on-the-spot solutions.

Qualifications

• Passionate about culinary arts with 2+ years of related experience.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of culinary operations and leadership with guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise kitchen staff in a high-volume, scratch kitchen.
