Job summary

Starwood Hotels seeks a detail-obsessed Sous Chef for Treehouse Hotel Silicon Valley to lead a high-volume scratch kitchen and mentor a talented team. You’ll oversee daily operations, assist in food prep, supervise line staff, manage inventory, and provide on-the-spot solutions while delivering stellar guest experiences in sunny Silicon Valley.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years in a similar role, strong leadership, excellent communication, and flexibility for a 24-hour operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of similar work experience.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of culinary operations and financial performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

About You

• Passionate about culinary arts and a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience.
