Job summary

1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge is seeking an experienced Sous Chef for a temporary assignment in a high-volume kitchen in New York. You will lead a dedicated team, oversee line operations, and contribute to guest satisfaction through excellent culinary execution.

We expect at least 2 years of similar experience, a culinary diploma or degree is a plus, and a proven ability to drive performance in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this role.

• Passion for culinary arts and at least 2 years of similar work experience.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of culinary operations; strong leadership and track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
