Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in presales or solution engineering.
• Experience in technology vendors or tech-driven organizations is a plus.
• Ability to articulate Atlassian's value in solving business challenges.
• Desire to learn and deliver engaging product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Learn alongside senior Solutions Engineers to map customer challenges to Atlassian solutions.
• Identify cross-product opportunities to maximize customer value.
• Contribute to technical problem solving and demonstrations.
• Develop product expertise to communicate how Atlassian drives collaboration.
• Collaborate with sales to improve engagement and accelerate the sales cycle.
• Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements.
