Job summary

NovaSource Power Services seeks a Maintenance & Operations technician for utility-scale PV plants. You will monitor operations via SCADA, perform commissioning, testing, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of AC/DC systems including inverters, modules, transformers, switchgear, and metering.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 1 year related experience; electrical certifications a plus; ability to lift 70 pounds; valid driver’s license; travel to sites; strong English communication;

Qualifications

• 1 year of related maintenance/ops experience.
• High School Diploma required; technical degree preferred.
• Electrical certifications are a plus.
• Military or utility training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform quarterly KPIs: energy generation vs plan and maintenance schedules.
• Maintain safety by following company protocols and LOTO/JHA procedures.
• Execute PM work: measurement, testing, and procedures on site components.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure CMMS work orders are complete and documented.
