Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Junior Developer - ServiceNow to own and evolve our ServiceNow environment. You will work with senior developers, analysts and stakeholders to develop, configure, test, and maintain platforms and workflows.

Responsibilities include configuring forms, catalog items, scripts, and integrations, plus supporting upgrades and maintenance while following governance standards. This role requires an on‑site presence for collaboration and cross‑functional partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience with ServiceNow development and administration
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and web technologies
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team; on‑site collaboration for cross‑functional work

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows
• Create and modify forms, tables, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items
• Support Service Catalog requests, record producers, and automated workflows
• Configure notifications, approvals, and integrations under guidance
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and resolving platform issues
• Monitor platform performance and assist with routine maintenance
• Document configurations and development procedures
• Ensure adherence to governance and security standards
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive process improvements
