Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise software development life cycle experience, including maintenance and support.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow's Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Orchestration, and MID Server configuration.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and ServiceNow CMDB Data model.

Responsibilities

• Automate high priority tasks, services, and workflows across Infrastructure and Operations.
• Design and maintain end-to-end ServiceNow Workflows of varying complexity.
