Accenture Federal Services is hiring a Junior ServiceNow Engineer to help lead the ServiceNow team in design and development of out-of-the-box and custom solutions. The role involves configuration, reporting, data migration, and integration work across ITSM, ITOM, and asset management modules.

Qualifications

1+ years ServiceNow implementation experience
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, IT Asset Management (ITAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), CMDB/Configuration Management, and Virtual Agent

Responsibilities

Develops the application including configuration, report development, and data migration.
Performs custom development and 3rd party integrations
Carries out unit-testing and defect resolution
Migrates changes to production
Assists with technical design and documentation
Collaborates with stakeholders to build ServiceNow solutions
Interacts with clients and users to analyze objectives and requirements
Supports backlog refinement and planning with Product Owner
Assists with escalation handling for issues in ServiceNow environments
Provides estimates and designs, tests and mitigates issues
Follows iterative SDLC and supports repeat improvements
Maintains flexible work environment to meet changing goals
