Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across IT service management and platform capabilities. You will build custom applications, workflows, UI components, and automations, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable improvements.

The role requires four or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development, strong JavaScript skills, and experience translating requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/IT/engineering.
• A minimum of four (4) years of professional ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience developing on the ServiceNow platform in a senior developer or similar role.
• Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow modules, scripting, automation, workflows, integrations, and platform configuration.
• Proficiency with JavaScript and related ServiceNow development tools.
• Experience analyzing requirements, designing technical solutions, and delivering high-quality implementations.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions for IT service management and platform capabilities.
• Develop and enhance custom applications, workflows, integrations, UI components, and automation.
• Gather requirements from technical and business stakeholders and translate into scalable solutions.
• Support ServiceNow administration activities including incident resolution and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices and alignment with standards.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment activities, and ongoing support for releases.
