Responsibilities

• Determines requirements, designs, builds, tests, implements, maintains and enhances service management software to optimize organizational efficiency.
• Analyzes, detects, identifies and corrects technical problems and deficiencies in service management software.
• Translates and simplifies requirements given by business units, stakeholders and end users for enhancements to service management software.
• Prioritizes, assesses and makes decisions on enhancements based on time requirements, scope and cost/benefit analysis.
