Job summary

West Monroe is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Junior ServiceNow Consultant in the United States. This entry-level role targets recent graduates interested in IT service management, enterprise platforms, and digital workflow solutions.

You will work with experienced consultants to design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions that improve business processes and user experience. You will assist in configuring ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, FSO), gather requirements, and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Degree in progress with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and July 2026.
• Familiarity with databases, workflows, or object-oriented programming concepts.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, or similar technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform (e.g., ITSM, CSM and FSO modules).
• Support senior consultants in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Participate in solution design sessions and translate requirements into technical configurations.
• Help develop workflows, forms, and basic scripts within ServiceNow.
• Perform system testing, debugging, and quality assurance activities.
• Provide support during deployments and post-implementation activities.
• Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and process flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
