Job summary

MBP is seeking a Junior Scheduler to join our Project Controls team across the eastern United States. With 2+ years in construction scheduling, you will support CPM scheduling, schedule analysis, and project controls on a range of projects.

You will collaborate with project managers, clients, and contractors, prepare clear schedule reviews, and assist with TIAs and delay analyses. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction scheduling or project controls experience.
• Experience with transportation or infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 and MS Project preferred.
• Ability to communicate scheduling concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Review contractor baseline schedules and updates for contract compliance and reasonableness.
• Develop and maintain CPM baseline schedules and updates.
• Analyze schedule logic, durations, sequencing, and critical paths.
• Interpret drawings, specs, and contracts to understand scope and milestones.
• Evaluate progress and field conditions against the schedule.
• Identify schedule variances and risks, and communicate impacts.
