Job summary

MBP is seeking a Junior Scheduler to join our Project Controls team in the eastern United States, including Raleigh, NC. 2+ years in construction scheduling and a strong footing in CPM scheduling and project controls are ideal.

You will work with project managers, clients, and contractors to develop, analyze, and report schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project. You’ll communicate findings, participate in meetings, and support time extensions, TIAs, and delay analyses as part of a growing

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction scheduling or project controls experience preferred.
• Experience with CPM scheduling, schedule analysis, and project controls across construction projects.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical reviews of baseline schedules and updates to verify compliance with contract requirements and reasonableness.
• Develop and maintain CPM baseline schedules and updates.
• Review schedule logic, durations, sequencing, critical paths, float, and milestones.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, contracts, and statements of work to understand scope and milestones.
• Evaluate actual progress and field conditions against approved schedule.
• Identify schedule variances, risks, and impacts on milestones and completion.
• Assist with change evaluations, TIAs, and time-extension requests.
• Support post-construction schedule and delay analyses.
• Prepare clear schedule comments, reports, and graphics for project controls deliverables.
• Participate in meetings and site visits; occasional overnight travel.
