Job summary

MBP is seeking a Junior Scheduler to join our Project Controls team in the eastern United States. The role focuses on CPM scheduling, schedule analysis, and project controls across diverse construction projects.

We seek an early-career professional with 2+ years in scheduling, proficient in Primavera P6, and a desire to grow technical expertise in CPM and project controls while collaborating with PMs, clients, and contractors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction scheduling or project controls experience.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Undergraduate degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review baseline schedules and updates for compliance with contract requirements.
• Develop and maintain CPM baseline schedules and updates for construction projects.
• Analyze schedule logic, durations, sequencing, and critical paths.
• Review drawings, specs, contracts, and statements of work to understand scope and milestones.
• Evaluate actual progress and field conditions relative to schedule.
• Identify schedule variances and communicate risks and impacts to milestones.
• Assist with changes, time extensions, and TIAs.
