Qualifications

• Working knowledge of CPM scheduling principles and techniques.
• Ability to understand project scope and sequencing requirements from drawings and contracts.
• Strong communication skills for presenting findings to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical reviews of contractor-submitted baseline schedules and updates for compliance and reasonableness.
• Assist with development and maintenance of CPM baseline schedules and updates.
• Review logic, durations, sequencing, constraints, critical paths, float, progress, and milestones.
