Job summary

MBP is seeking a Junior Scheduler to join our Project Controls team in the eastern United States. This role focuses on CPM scheduling, schedule analysis, and project controls across diverse construction projects.

You will collaborate with project managers, clients, and contractors, communicating findings and supporting decision-making through clear reporting and participation in meetings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction scheduling, project controls, or related construction experience.
• Experience supporting transportation projects (roadway/bridge/rail) is preferred.
• Experience developing and/or reviewing schedules for construction projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project is expected.

Responsibilities

• Review baseline schedules and updates for compliance with contract requirements and reasonableness.
• Develop and maintain CPM baseline schedules and updates for projects.
• Analyze schedule logic, durations, sequencing, constraints, and critical path.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts to understand scope and milestones.
• Identify schedule variances and communicate risks and impacts to milestones.
• Support TIAs and time-extension requests, and assist with delay analyses.
