Job summary

MBP is seeking a Junior Scheduler to join our Project Controls team across the eastern United States. This role focuses on CPM scheduling, schedule analysis, and project controls on a variety of construction projects.

You will work with project managers, clients, and contractors to support scheduling deliverables, communicate findings clearly, and contribute to decision-making through reporting and analyses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in construction scheduling or project controls
• Experience developing and reviewing CPM schedules
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Review baseline schedules and updates for compliance and reasonableness
• Develop and maintain CPM baseline schedules and updates
• Analyze schedule logic, durations, sequencing, critical paths, float, milestones
• Review drawings, contracts, and scope to understand milestones
• Evaluate progress relative to planned sequence
• Prepare schedule review comments and deliverables; participate in meetings
