Job summary

MBP is seeking a Junior Scheduler in a full-time role, based in the Tampa area. The position focuses on CPM scheduling, schedule analysis, and project controls across diverse construction projects.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of scheduling experience and a drive to expand expertise in Primavera P6 and related tools. You'll collaborate with project managers, clients, and field teams to verify schedules, communicate findings, and support decision-making through clear analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in construction scheduling or project controls
• Experience with transportation/infra projects preferred
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
• Understanding CPM scheduling principles
• Ability to communicate schedule findings to non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Perform technical reviews of baseline schedules and updates for compliance
• Develop and maintain CPM schedules for construction projects
• Review logic, durations, sequencing, and critical paths
• Analyze drawings, specs, contracts, and statements of work
• Evaluate progress and field conditions against plan and milestones
• Prepare schedule review comments, reports, and graphics
• Participate in project meetings and site visits; occasional overnight travel
