Job summary

Manay CPA, a global accounting and advisory firm, is seeking a motivated Jr. Sales & Business Development Associate for our Marietta office. You will own the early sales cycle, identify prospects, and support new clients as they begin working with us.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in sales or business development, strong communication skills, and a client-first mindset. Spanish fluency is a plus, and willingness to travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales or business development experience.
• Spanish fluency is a big plus and bilingual ability is valued.
• Experience with CRM tools and client outreach favored.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to prospective clients and build a healthy pipeline.
• Identify decision-makers and guide prospects through the sales process.
• Deliver clear presentations of services to prospects and partners.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and client interactions in CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and outreach.
• Build relationships, answer questions, resolve issues, identify expansion opportunities.
• Learn services and systems and explain features confidently.
• Track sales activity and progress toward goals with the team.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth client experience.
