Based in Atlanta and with a remote-friendly setup, we offer onboarding, ongoing training, and opportunities to work with clients nationwide. Applicants with a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in accounting/audit/tax, and strong business English are encouraged to apply; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/economics/business.
• Minimum 2 years in accounting, audit, and/or tax.
• US GAAP experience is a big plus.
• Experience with accounting software systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Business English.
• Ability to analyze complex data; highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and set up accounting systems.
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping including A/R, A/P, monthly closings, and financial reporting.
• Use software to perform accounting, reporting, and tax tasks accurately.
• Prepare payroll, sales tax returns, depreciation schedules, and other documents.
• Assist with audits and reconciliations for accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze financial data to forecast revenue and margins.
• Prepare and file U.S. corporate and individual tax returns (1099s, year-end filings).
• Research complex tax/accounting issues and provide solutions.
• Contribute to special projects and financial report preparation.
