Job summary

Manay CPA, a global accounting and advisory firm, is seeking an entry-level accounting professional to expand expertise in U.S. GAAP, tax codes, and business operations across diverse clients.

This fully remote role offers hands-on experience with accounts payable/receivable, monthly close, financial reporting, and tax compliance, supported by strong onboarding, English-language communication, and opportunities for growth in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business; master’s degree is a plus.
• Entry-level position; up to 2 years of experience ideal.
• Excellent English communication; interviews in English.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; basic accounting knowledge required.
• Quantitative, analytical mindset with data reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Experience with accounting software systems and US GAAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support client onboarding processes for engagements per defined procedures.
• Assist with accounts payable/receivable, bookkeeping, and monthly close, plus financial reporting.
• Prepare depreciation schedules, sales journals, and tax-related work; review payroll and payroll taxes.
• Support audits and revenue/profit analysis activities.
• Assist in general ledger reconciliation and payroll/receivable management.
• Prepare corporate and individual income tax returns; research complex tax issues.
• Contribute to financial research projects and reporting as needed.
