Manay CPA Inc. is seeking an Accounting Associate to join our operations team in Marietta, GA. You will prepare and review financial reports and individual/business tax returns, and help with bookkeeping, payroll, and month-end close.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree with CPA track experience; fluency in Turkish and English is valued. We offer competitive compensation, benefits, and growth opportunities in a collaborative, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Candidates with a CPA qualification or on a CPA Track will be prioritized.
• Experience in bookkeeping and accounting; CPA firm experience is a big plus.
• Proficient in GAAP and tax preparation for individuals and businesses.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports and tax returns.
• Organize and update financial records, monthly closing, and reporting.
• Assist with payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and ad hoc analysis.
• Support onboarding, client acquisition, and timely communication.
• Document processes and help automate accounting tasks.
